This hero image was used on the Sanrio site. Images of apparel designs in APPAREL ART PAGE. The right side show designs for print that were guides to go with the merchandise.
I was 18MR's Communications Designer and in-house Artist. I created graphic flyers/banners for email, action network, blogs, illustrations, PDFs like "Asian Americans Fight Copaganda", 18MR's "Theory of Change", social media and google slides, and merchandise for fundraising. I also created a style guide and Canva and Photoshop templates with guidelines, textures, and fonts for the team to continue their branding. My work with updating and editing the Wordpress 18mr.org site brought more traffic and engagement.
I collaborated with the Digital Organizer, Community Engagement Manager and Social Media Manager to create these designs. It shows interviews with organizers, writers, collaborators, political educational moments connecting to current events and Call to Action, write-ups about other non-profits and their work and banners for Action Network and email.

DOUBLE PUNISHMENT: We collaborated with APSC's campaign "PARDON APSC4", which was to get the CA Governor to pardon four APSC members who have worked for decades to reform, support and uplift formerly incarcerated teens and adults to better their lives outside of the prison system. APSC4: Maria, Ke, Bun and Peejay are refugees from Southeast Asia who are formerly incarcerated but have turned their stories to help others and community. These slides are meant to engage to CTA, join in our digital event, and educate.

MARCH ON THE DNC: This shows only parts of the slides that went over what led to the march in DNC during the Civil Rights era and how it was connected to today's political climate and to Asian American Organizing.
These are illustrations I also created for 18MR meant to to used for merchandise, social media and print. Sizing varied for each use.
Thank you!
